Caroline Dewe

Caroline Dewe, CEO of Fronde Anywhere, has provided thought leadership and visionary input into delivering highly successful bleeding (and leading) edge solutions to market in the mobile commerce / payment space since 1999 including world first deliveries of mobile parking, payment, loyalty and banking solutions. Caroline owns the vision for Fronde Anywhere and has a strong understanding of the requirements of banks and mobile operators.

She has progressed the Fronde Anywhere’s business vision for the future of payments and mobile through nine years and four companies. Prior to working for Fronde, Caroline was on the executive team of Ericsson Synergy Ltd, a joint venture between Ericsson Communications and Synergy formed in January 2001, which she joined from Ericsson where she held the role of Principal Consultant, Mobile Solutions.

Caroline has particular strengths in forecasting market and technology trends, and is considered one of the global industry "thought leaders" in mobile banking and payments solutions.

Caroline earned a degree in law (LLB) from the University of Canterbury and an MLIS from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
Caroline is currently located in New Zealand but spends the majority of her time in Europe.

Vicky Donaldson

Vicky Donaldson is the Head of Finance for Fronde Systems Group (FSG), and Acting CFO for Fronde Anywhere. Vicky joined FSG in June 2007 after 5½ years at Agriculture Industry Training Organisation where she worked as Finance Manager and then Corporate Services Manager. Prior to that, Vicky worked in a number of roles in the finance department of Westpac Bank including Manager, Group Financial Reporting and Project Accountant.

Vicky has been a Chartered Accountant since September 1996 and has a BA in Geography and a post graduate Diploma in Accounting. Vicky leads the team responsible for the Fronde Anywhere financial and reporting processes, and undertakes company secretarial duties for Fronde Anywhere.

Vicky will handle the transition of Fronde Anywhere financial and reporting processes and systems to the appointed Fronde Anywhere CFO when this current funding round is completed.

Marc Philippo

Marc Philippo is the Sales Director for Fronde Anywhere. Marc is a highly experienced sales and marketing professional with a career spanning twenty years in business development at board level with leading global technology firms in the finance sector. Marc has successfully led sales initiatives of technology solutions such as early Internet banking into the European market, establishment of the first European office, as MD of EMEA, for a New York based supplier of portfolio management solutions, Head of EMEA Sales for a global supplier of banking transactions solutions. Marc has sold solutions into many of the top 20 banks in the world during his career to date.

Marc is located in London.

Antony Williams

Antony Williams is the CTO for Fronde Anywhere. Antony has overall responsibility for the technical design and delivery of all Fronde Products, and for the management of the product development team. Antony is the company’s technology visionary.

Antony's experience includes: development of securities management system for London Stock Exchange, development of real time settlement system for CedeI Bank in Luxembourg, design and development for portal system components for the Ericsson product development groups in Sweden. Antony was formerly a member of the Ericsson Synergy with Caroline.

Antony has a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.

Antony is located with the product development team in Wellington.

Craig Eades

Craig Eades is the product manager for Fronde Anywhere’s and TwoSecure™ product lines.

Craig has transitioned into product management after 10 years experience as a senior project manager in software and product development companies. Craig managed the design and development of the and TwoSecure™ applications for Fronde Systems Group.

Craig managed the implementation of Kiwibank’s text banking initiative and the implementation of Kiwibank’s implementation. Craig has managed a number of complex integration and development projects including: development of a mobile prepaid top-up product commissioned for Orange Netherlands; an extranet for Sovereign Assurance which required integration with 16 legacy systems; development of the national student enrolment register for the Ministry of Education; development of the FlyBuys website and text rewards application.

Craig has a PMP from the Project Management Institute, BA (History) from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and a Diploma of Occupational Practice from Otago University, New Zealand.
