Fronde Anywhere pilots TwoSecure™ mobile authentication solution to German financial institution.

Fronde Anywhere’s mobile phone based multi-factor authentication solution, TwoSecure™, is currently being piloted by a leading German Financial Institution.

TwoSecure™ is a simple, user-friendly solution which generates one time passwords (OTPs) by using an installed and downloaded application that runs on a mobile phone. The product was designed based on feedback from the banking sector. It provides banking and other financial institutions (and their customers) with an additional method to prevent online banking fraud and identity theft. TwoSecure™ is a cost-effective alternative to hardware devices such as keyfob OTP generators.

TwoSecure™ can be configured to support incremental levels of security, and can protect users from viruses such as Trojan Silent.banker.

The product’s user experience is initially being trialled by bank staff who are using it to gain remote log-in access to the organisation’s corporate networks and business systems.
TwoSecure™ has passed independent security audits, is available in multiple languages and can be customised to reflect the branding of each organisation.
